URBAN TIMBER LIVING / Lloydkwartier
Concept
CLT
This residential building is constructed primarily from cross-laminated timber (CLT), creating a warm, tactile living environment.
The project consists of 24 residences with a similar layout. Access is organized externally through a covered lift and stair core, eliminating internal shared corridors.
This ensures each residence benefits from natural light and enhanced spatial privacy.
Sliding glass façades blur the boundary between interior and exterior, connecting living spaces to the outdoors.
Residences increase in size on higher levels, while the ground and first floors accommodate non-residential functions.
Communal outdoor amenities are integrated throughout the building. A landscaped rooftop garden on the 11th floor provides a serene retreat, while play areas and green zones on lower levels offer space for children and families to gather and interact.
